Another Gump

Ah, slobbery kisses from Aunty Mele. 

Not again!

That's a funny looking Smurf. 

Evangeline tried her hand at juice fizzing.  She used mushroom.  It did not go well.

Knox invited Quinn to the "Motive Trials".  He didn't win.

Even Clara Bjergsen is pregnant!  And the whole town is sipping juice. Evangeline is going to put a stop to that.

She went jogging around town, looking for people to sign her petition. 

What is Father Winter doing here? 

The odd person was nice enough to sign the repeal, but Evangeline was having a tough time finding the required amount of signatures. 

Quinn naps. 

Tina and Yasemin Tinker had twins and invited Quinn over to meet them, as you do.  

Mele, who is there nearly every day, told Evangeline she thought she was pregnant.  And apparently they had suggested it?!  They wouldn't do such a thing...

Evangeline likes to garden in her hospital gown for some reason. 

Yeah, she's pregnant alright.

Evangeline got her final signature at the eleventh hour from Nancy Landgraab of all people. 

Quinn is apparently friends with Dirk Dreamer, because he invited himself over.  He did not get along well with Evangeline. 

Uh oh.  Feeling nauseous, are we? 

She was shocked by her husband's bathtub antics. 

Look at the getup!  Off to work for Evangeline. 

Later that night, Evangeline made a discovery and had some news for Quinn.  They were having another baby!

It was also Remy's birthday!  Ah, the classic Voldemort pose. 

Here he is.  Remy Gump is now a toddler, and he is a silly one.

The tyke has been a toddler for all of five minutes. 

He doesn't look impressed with Quinn "Dad Bod" Gump's potty training. 

Look at him - he's a professor now!

Professor or not, he is still a goofball who is constantly pranking the toilet, much to mine and Evangeline's annoyance. 

Remy is going to be embarrassed by this photo one day. 

Quinn feels his soon-to-be-born son or daughter. 

Evangeline blows her husband a kiss.  Did I mention it was Love Day?

Much like last time, Quinn panicked.  

"Yes, it's me, the one with the overly anxious husband." 

He calms down for a minute as Evangeline is delivered. 

And resumes his panicking a second later.  This guy is very frantic about fatherhood in general. 

Here she is - it's a girl!  Meet Camilla Gump. 

Mama Evangeline is smitten.  A son and a daughter! 

Quinn tries to explain to Remy that he has a new sister, but Remy can't seem to grasp the concept. 

Ah, the synchronised leap out of bed when the baby cries. 

Dada gazes lovingly at his new daughter. 

Quinn out for a run. 

Yeah, now Remy has realised what "new sister" means, and he is pissed. 

Quinn may be a nervous father, but he is acing parenthood.  

Mele invited our duo over to meet her new duo.  She had twin boys, Deacon and Craig. 

It was about time Quinn and Evangeline met Mele's husband, Alika. 

Evangeline took advantage of their pool.

Meet the Gumps

This story begins in sleepy Evergreen Harbor. 

In a small unassuming house.

Meet newlyweds Quinn and Evangeline Gump.  They don't know it yet, but they are going to be the parents of a SuperSim, aka a sim who achieves every accomplishment possible.  

Quinn is a neat, cheerful goofball whose aspiration is to be friends with everyone.  He's a teacher and a friendly guy. 

Evangeline is a family oriented greenie who likes making things.  She wants to be an eco innovator and is employed as a civil designer.  

Evangeline likes making things, and she's just learning how to use her fabricator. 

Quinn and Evangeline travelled to their neighbourhood's maker space to check things out and meet people.

There was a cute coffee van. 

Looks like Evangeline's been dumpster diving! 

Another fabricator mishap, perhaps? 

"Ugh, look what the fabricator did to me!  I'm covered in dye!"

Quinn gets to work making friends.  Here befriending Mele Kahananui.

It's autumn and it's getting cold.  Evangeline is still as cheery as ever. 

She shows one of her blueprints to her husband.  Quinn is enthusiastic but has no idea what he's looking at. 

The pair have befriended the local eco freak innovator, Knox Greenburg, who rifles happily through their trash. 

The three of them sit down for a Harvestfest feast. 

Look, Knox, you eat out of dumpsters, I'm sure, so don't screw your nose up at their poor cooking.

Later that night (after Knox had gone, I assure you), they got a little cuddly. 

Evangeline later had some happy news for her husband - they were expecting a baby!

Then they actually did cuddle, and it was cute.  They're going to be the cutest parents.

Evangeline started a garden. 

And had another battle with the fabricator. 

Oof, that can't be good for the baby!

Mele came over and it turned out she was pregnant too!  Evangeline and Mele gushed about how their babies would grow up as besties.  We'll see...

Around town, others were also pregnant.  Was there like a pregnancy pandemic or something?  According to the gossip mill, this woman and her two daughters were ALL pregnant to the same guy.  Isn't that kinda like incest? 

Our knocked up lovebirds headed to the spice festival in San Myshuno. 

And Mele was there again!  Does she follow the Gumps around?  

Quinn was the qurry quhampion and won this quool t-shirt.

Evangeline took a wander around Windenburg and had some morning sickness.  

Which soon wore off when she spotted celebrity Dirk Dreamer.  She snapped a selfie with the celeb.

Look, guys, I don't know if this is the most hygienic way to show your love for one another. 

Evangeline upgrading the toilet.  

In the middle of the night, Mrs Gump turned on the light and said, something is not right. 

Quinn reassures his wife that everything will be okay.

Evangline's about to have this baby!

This doctor sure looks like she knows what she's doing...

Quinn's in a bit of a panic. 

He runs to the hallway and panics there too.  

The baby is here!  It's a boy and his name is Remy.

When they get home it's snowing!

When it's freezing and you have no heating in your house because you're eco conscious, you're forced to cuddle up to each other for warmth. 

Ah yes, just watch your wife sleep. 

It's Winterfest morning and the Gumps are opening presents.  Rumour has it Evangeline received a MySims trophy whilst Quinn received a carrot.

The pair of them then head outside to build a snow pal. 

Looks like fun, eh?

Well, at least they tried.  Is that mouth made out of bacon?

Quinn is clearly not feeling confident in himself as a parent, as he's constantly researching parenting methods.
